Born and raised in Annapolis, my love for photography began at a young age. At the young age of 10 I visited Europe and later in life Yellow Stone National Park. In both of those places I found photography to be an irresistible enjoyment. When I was 21 I decided it was time to invest in my hobby. I traveled to Chicago where I attended a 2 year program in digital photography at Harrington College of Design. There I learned many new skills and expanded my view of photography beyond what I could have ever imagined. A few years later I graduated with honors and returned home where I began offering my services throughout the Annapolis, MD area.
I'm filled with joy to be back in Annapolis and doing what I love. Annapolis is a beautiful city. The different seasons bring me new photographic opportunities each year. I cherish the days I'm able to wander her streets, camera in hand, waiting for a photo to present itself. While capturing photos is a great way to pay the bills, it's much more than a simple job for me.
My passion comes from the solitude I find behind the lens. It comes from waiting for every object in the frame to come together. In that moment, time seems to stop and the shutter snaps. In a split second a single instance of time is captured. An instance that will never happen again, but perhaps it will be remembered forever.
